PROTOTYPES, SMALL AND MEDIUM SERIES

Since Micronor 7 Doloy is frequently used for prototypes before going into production, the list of products proposed below is not exhaustive (small and medium series of “standard” products).

On request, the models can receive any type of coating (nickel plating, gilding, silver plating, tinning, etc.) made by our Micronor TS-Industrie division.

UNITARY HERMETIC INSULATING SEALS

Technologies: Glass-Metal Sealing, Glass-Metal Compression Sealing, Glass-Titanium Sealing and Ceramic-Metal Brazing

Materials (non-exhaustive list): Dilver P1 (Kovar), Iron Nickel Alloys, Stainless Steel, Titanium, Ceramic, Steel, Inconel, Copper

Fields of application: all the equipment to be protected in a hermetic housing: transformers, capacitors, relays, rectifiers, etc.

 

For example, unitary hermetic insulating seals in stainless steel or steel, are used for environments subjected to pressure.

MULTI-PASS HERMETIC INSULATING SEALS

These models are very diverse and the shapes and coatings very specific.

Technologies: Glass-Metal Sealing, Glass-Metal Compression Sealing, Glass-Titanium Sealing and Ceramic-Metal Brazing

Fields of application: all the materials to be protected in a hermetic housing: transformers, coils, filters, etc, etc.

  • Relay bases: high performance relays for aeronautics, space, gear, etc.
  • Partition seals: parts studied and realised on demand to ensure the hermeticity of partition seals.  Navy, aeronautics, space, nuclear energy, vacuum techniques, etc.
  • Connectors
  • Igniters for Pyrotechnics

 

For example, titanium multi-pass hermetic insulating seals are used in the aerospace industry (embedded products) for weight gain compared to other materials.

MICROELECTRONICS HOUSINGS

This name, “Special high-performance models”, covers a wide variety of hermetic insulating seals by glass-metal sealing, responding to various technical problems:

  • High temperatures, requiring the use of closing processes such as brazing, argon welding, electronic bombardment, etc.
  • Cryogenics
  • Amagnetism
  • High voltage
  • High frequency
  • Lightness: Titanium

 

For example, high temperature and high pressure sensors are intended for underwater drilling.

SAPPHIRE-METAL

Technologies: Sapphire-Metal brazing, variant in Quartz-Metal brazing

Materials: Titanium

Fields of application: Portholes (Sapphire-Metal), Scientific Instrumentations (Quartz-Metal)

 

For example, these portholes are used in space or for applications in the field of optics.

CERAMIC-METAL

Technologies: In Ceramic-Metal Brazing, various processes are advised according to the uses:

  • MoMn metallisation
  • PVD metallisation
  • Active soldering metallisation
